On May 26, 2010 Bó Lè Associates’ non-profit organization Giving Hand, co-hosted an informal cocktail party in Hong Kong with an international non-profit organization, SIFE (Student in Free Enterprise). The cocktail party raised awareness of “giving” and demonstrated the positive changes that philanthropy has made on communities within China and Hong Kong.

Giving Hand and SIFE share the mission of developing future business leaders with a heart for giving. Dr. Alvin Rohrs, Global President and CEO of SIFE, and Norwell Coquillard, President of China SIFE,  joined the cocktail party and gave a presentation about SIFE’s achievements around the world. Several SIFE students also shared personal stories about how their careers have benefited from their participation in  SIFE. Bobbi Fisher, Director of Giving Hand, introduced the variety of products that Giving Hand has helped donate to Chinese charities.

Over 55 guests joined the event, raising over US$1600.
